Psychotherapeutic counselling- specialising in bereavement, grief and loss

Let me help you.

Welcome.

I’m Lesley Charteris. I’m a fully accredited Psychotherapeutic counsellor, based in Frodsham, Cheshire.

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, explore your feelings at your own pace, and work towards finding meaning, hope, and a renewed sense of connection in your life.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a belief in each person's capacity to adapt and grow through even the most difficult experiences.

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, support is available. You do not have to navigate grief alone.

Grief is one of the most profound experiences we can face.

Whether resulting from the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, a life-changing diagnosis, or another major loss, grief can affect every aspect of our emotional, physical, social, and psychological wellbeing.

As a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in bereavement, grief and loss, I provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where individuals can explore their experiences, make sense of their emotions, and find ways to navigate life following loss.

I recognise that grief is unique to each person. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and no fixed timetable for healing. My role is not to take away the pain of loss, but to walk alongside clients as they process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and adjust to life after significant change.
